PURCHASE ORDER VALIDATION WITH LA STERPAIA

For your purchase order of one or more of the products on sale at shop.lasterpaia.it to be valid, you must first fill in the electronic order form outlining the instructions for purchasing goods online. The order form contains a summary of the general characteristics of each product, with relative costs (including taxes or other charges), available payment methods (Paypal), delivery of the goods in question and any freight charges this may incur. The order is considered valid on receipt of your order form via email and after we have checked that all the information you have supplied is correct.

Your order form will be stored in our database until we have completed your order and for a period that does not exceed the limitations imposed by law. Once the purchase order is validated, La Sterpaia will take charge of your purchase order. La Sterpaia reserves the right to not abide by purchase orders that lack a sufficient guarantee of funds, are incomplete, incorrect or if the requested products are unavailable. In these cases we will inform you via email that the order has not gone through and will list the reasons why. In the event of your payment having already been processed, La Sterpaia will reimburse you of the said amount. By submitting your order form you subscribe to La Sterpaia’s General Sales Conditions. Once the purchase order is closed, La Sterpaia will email you a receipt of your order containing a summary of the information contained in your order form.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE 

In order to purchase products at shop.lasterpaia.it you must first register. When you check out of your first purchase order you will be asked to fill in your personal details, your email and contact telephone numbers. You will be provided with a username and a password, which you should keep in order to avoid having to supply all your data again for future purchase orders, requests or queries.

PRICES

The prices of all La Sterpaia products are clearly indicated on the site and are inclusive of VAT. The prices listed on the site may be modified without prior warning.

RESCISSION

Purchases made off shop.lasterpaia.it are regulated by Italian law concerning correspondence sales. Should you have made a mistake in your order and received an item you did not intend, or should you in any way feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 10 working days from the delivery date to exercise you rescission rights by returning the goods and claiming a reimbursement. To exercise this right you must return the parcel within 10 working days after receiving it. The freight charges for the return parcel, which must be correctly assembled, must be covered entirely by you. The return parcel must contain a copy of the delivery note (or the payment receipt if requested) and must be sent to:

We suggest that you insure any goods contained in the return parcel. Please note that any parcels sent to an address other than the one listed above will not be taken into consideration.

DAMNAGE GOODS

Should the goods you receive arrive damaged, please advise us via email within 5 working days of receipt, indicating "damaged goods" in the subject box of the mail.

This information sheet complies with Article 13 of legislative decree 196/03 “Codice in materia di dati personali” and will be supplied to those who interact with the La Sterpaia web services, as listed at http://shop.lasterpaia.it.
